New Employee/Renewal Application Requirements
Please have all documents before submitting application to the Airport Badging Office:
- Application
- Fingerprint Application
- Copy of two forms of ID
- Driver Training Form (if AOA is required)
- 2022 Privacy Act Notice if using 8/2021
Fingerprinting hours are: Monday: 9AM – Noon Tuesday: 9AM – Noon; 1PM – 3PM Wednesday: 9AM – Noon Thursday: 9AM – Noon; 1PM – 3PM Friday: 9AM – Noon Applicants will still need to make an appointment at the link above. |

Observed Holidays when the Badging Office is closed:

All identification badges issued by the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport are the property of the Airport and must be returned immediately under the following conditions:
- Upon expiration of the badge (it is a serious security violation to display an expired badge).
- Upon separation of employment (for any reason)
- When job function no longer requires an airport-issued identification badge
- Upon demand of the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport
- Upon conviction of any of the disqualifying crimes (see CFR Title 49: Transportation § 1542.209 letter (d) for a list of disqualifying crimes).
All badges that are lost, stolen or otherwise unaccounted for must be reported immediately to the Airport Communication Center at 603-628-6019.
