We have several plans for new entrants to MHT or for existing air carriers joining new markets. Read the ASIP Program Overview Document or continue below for a summary of the current plans.

Plan A

New Entrant

Offered For: New Part 121 Entrant Carries

Landing Fees: 100% for first 12 months, 50% for second 12 months

Terminal Rentals: 100% for first 12 months, 50% for second 12 months

Marketing Support: Up to $150k dependent on frequency of service announced. Marketing incentive is per market initially announced.

Additional Marketing Support: Can be coupled with marketing incentive in Plans C, D, and E

Other Support: Community Engagement, Local Press Releases, Inaugural Support, Social Media

 

Plan B

New Market

Offered For: Any similarly situated Part 121 air carrier offering service to an unserved destination

Landing Fees: 100% for first 12 months, 50% for second 12 months

Terminal Rentals: 100% for first 12 months, 50% for second 12 months

Marketing Support: Up to 100k dependent on frequency of service announced

Additional Marketing Support: Can be coupled with marketing incentive in Plans C, D, and E

Other Support: Community Engagement, Local Press Releases, Inaugural Support, Social Media

 

Plan C

Underserved Market

Offered For: New or additional daily service to: ORD/MDW or DCA

Landing Fees: 100% for first 12 months, 50% for second 12 months

Terminal Rentals: 100% for first 12 months, 50% for second 12 months

Marketing Support: Up to $60k depending on destination and frequency of service announced

Additional Marketing Support: Can be coupled with marketing incentive Plans A and B

Other Support: Community Engagement, Local Press Releases, Inaugural Support, Social Media

 

Plan D

Premium Domestic Market

Offered For: New daily service to: DEN, DFW/DAL, LAS, ATL, DTW, BNA, MIA, SFO*, LAX**, or PHX***

Landing Fees: 100% for first 12 months, 50% for second 12 months

Terminal Rentals: 100% for first 12 months, 50% for second 12 months

Marketing Support: Up to $200k depending on destination and frequency of service announced

Additional Marketing Support: Can be coupled with marketing incentive Plans A and B

Other Support: Community Engagement, Local Press Releases, Inaugural Support, Social Media

*Includes OAK and SJC
**Includes LGB, BUR, SNA, and ONT
***Includes AZA

 

Plan E

Pre-Cleared International Market

Offered For: New daily service to pre-cleared international destinations: YVR, YYC, YEG, YYZ, YUL, BDA, NAS, AUA, SNN, YHZ, or DUB

Landing Fees: 100% for first 12 months, 50% for second 12 months

Terminal Rentals: 100% for first 12 months, 50% for second 12 months

Marketing Support: Up to $150k depending on destination and frequency of service announced

Additional Marketing Support: Can be coupled with marketing incentive Plans A or B

Other Support: Community Engagement, Local Press Releases, Inaugural Support, Social Media

 

Plan F

Cargo Incentive Plan

Offered For: New Cargo Entrants

Landing Fees: 50% for first 12 months

Terminal Rentals: N/A

Marketing Support: N/A

Additional Marketing Support: N/A

Other Support: Community Engagement, Local Press Releases, Inaugural Support, Social Media
