In accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related authorities, the City of Manchester, Department of Aviation assures that no person(s) shall be excluded from participation in, denied the benefits of, or subjected to discrimination under any of the Department’s programs, policies, or activities, based on their race, color, national origin, creed, sex, disability, age, gender or income status.

All demographic survey information collected by the Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) will be kept confidential and retained solely for statistical data collection purposes only.

Completing this form will help MHT meet its data collection and community participation obligations under Title VI and will improve how we serve the public.
