Tom Malafronte Receives Granite State Ambassador Tourism Industry Leader Award
Tom Malafronte, Interim Airport Director at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport has been honored with the Granite State Ambassador’s Tourism Industry Leader Award, for his outstanding commitment to customer service and the GSAs.
This award is presented to the person in the tourism industry who has gone above and beyond in supporting NH Granite State Ambassadors.
Malafronte has been active with the Granite State Ambassadors for many years, gaining his certification as a GSA with the MtSunapeeLodging.com Class of 2011. He is also a regular presenter at all GSA training sessions.
