Pre-Qualification Process

Annual pre-qualification of contractors begins at the start of the year. It is the airport's preference that contractors pre-qualify for all projects or types of projects at that time. Contractors may still pre-qualify up to three weeks prior to bid for any particular contract. Projects are publicly advertised in the Union Leader (Advertisements) typically once a year, in January or February. Specific or types of projects covered by this advertisement will not be advertised again. Additional projects that do not fall under any of the categories or descriptions previously advertised shall be advertised in the Union Leader at the appropriate time, and shall require separate pre-qualification. The Airport shall endeavor to maintain an up-to-date list of projects on this website, however, the official notification/advertisement for all prequalification shall take place through the advertisements published in the Union Leader. Information provided on this website is provided strictly as a courtesy and the Airport does not guarantee its accuracy or its timeliness.

Contractors must be pre-qualified, per the City's Procurement Code, for all projects with an estimated value of $250,000 or more for which the contractor intends to submit a bid. The Pre-Qualification Application Package must be completed in its entirety and approved by the Airport.

The listing of Pre-Qualified Contractors will be updated periodically as changes may occur throughout the year.
